Class level can't be blank

We have a live issue on https://www.bridgetroll.org/events/486/rsvps/new/learn that prohibits students to RSVP, some error returning class level is a mandatory field, but the field itself is not visible on the site's registration form.

Any idea's while I'll investigate further?

May be related to #582

If having only one class level indeed prohibits bridge troll being used to RSVP to a bridge event other than RAILS ones (as was suggested in issue 582) then we would want to setup class levels for this specific course:

• Beginner: Has never really worked with Scala or programming languages.
• Advanced Beginner: Has worked with other programming languages and may be familiar with programming concepts, but has not worked with Scala.
