memh5.MemDiskGroup.from_file(ondisk=True) doesn't convert attributes/data-types

If you read a files with `ondisk=True`, the unicode conversion of attributes and data-types doesn't happen.

An example where this needs to be worked around is in chime-experiment/ch_pipeline#76
