As of now the end date for program slots can only be changed to later dates (see #8 for why). In fact it is possible to choose an earlier date but until #8 is fixed this only sets the end date of the programslot entry and doesn't delete superfluous timeslots.

@nnrcschmdt as you assigned yourself to this i would really like to see #8 fixed before doing this. I know fixing #8 is a pain in the ass but it will solve so many other problems and i think will also make this much easier to do.
