Publish/Subscribe tutorial logs are not getting saved to log file

I followed the above tutorial.
The logs are printed in the terminal.

python receive_logs.py

But logs are not saved to logs_from_rabbit.log, (The file is created but it is empty)

python receive_logs.py > logs_from_rabbit.log

Yes, I am running emit_log in each case.

python emit_log.py

Running this on window 10.
Successfully able to follow earlier tutorials.

The tutorial prints to standard streams. You can either modify it to log to a file or redirect those streams to a file or two files. The tutorial assumes Linux, macOS or another UNIX-like operating system, my guess is that using a standard shell in WSL on Windows would have the same behavior.
