Ellipsis in Chinese should be middle-aligned (both in horizontal or vertical writing mode) instead of buttom-aligned (in horizontal) or left-aligned (in vertical).

Thanks for the report, @tanukihee . Are you talking about Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or both orthographies? Sometimes that makes a difference, so i want to be sure i have all the facts before making the edit.

@r12a Before making the edit, I suggest that you wait until (at least) the clreq issue is resolved. I will discuss it with the clreq editors.

Ellipsis, in both Simplified Chinese (mainland China) and traditional Chinese (HK, MC, TW), or Japanese, is middle-aligned like dash.

Clreq doesn't provide pictures about it, but jlreq do (in other part though).

See w3c/clreq#309 for the clreq change.
