Memoise about hash collision #139

Hi, I found this package, seems great, I have some questions, I didn't confirm this, but seems, as the saved RDS files, their names comes from a hash function, the point is..., if that is the case, memoise have a way to detect or avoid the hash colission?, I know this is improbable...., but in production is not a minor thing.
Usually if we know what are we doing, we can implement a "unique id" or something like that, if there is no check about hash collision can be a way.
