Confusing "Tests Report" in GH Actions

I am bit confused by the results now, because the test reports are not under "Tests Report" -> Needs review.

I've changed this in #144. Unless I'm even more confused now, the strings seems to have been changed retroactively 😮

I hope these small changes make finding the test results now less confusing.

(Probably looks a bit nit-picky, but I really had this problem every time I tried to look for the test results via the "Actions" bar here.)
