cactbot 0.3.0: shinryoops

An update of Cactbot with Shinryu Ex timeline and triggers.

Tested with the 0.3.3.14 version of the hibiyasleep OverlayPlugin.

Tested with the 1.5.1.10 version of rahvan's FFXIV ACT plugin.

Major changes:

• Shinryu timeline and triggers
• Super important Skalla last boss triggers for dungeoneers asleep at the wheel

Shinryu timeline is a bit rough around the edges and was hard to sync exactly. If anything goes awry or seems particularly bad, please file an issue.

cactbot 0.2.1: update for ffxiv 4.1

An update of Cactbot for Final Fantasy patch 4.1. See installation details for instructions.
