Considering individual pixels regions of significant luminosity (note: this is vague on purpose, since obviously not every pixel should satisfy this, but some definitely must) as units or points in a 2D space over the compact support of the image, then tracking them over time can lead to a reformulation of the original OrNet problem in a way that matches the tasks/objectives of the toxoplasma problem. We may potentially leverage their work to achieve a novel representation in the space of organelles/proteins.
