Adopt trivial-macroexpand-all

I'd like to adopt cbaggers/trivial-macroexpand-all. I've reached out the author and heard nothing back for a year. There hasn't been any updates to original repo for 8 years. Implementations such as Clasp are not supported and there are open PRs on the original repo.
