Add Parse notification service #15
Description
A way to deliver centralized push notifications to all users of QuickHAC would be convenient. For example, when GradeSpeed servers are down, it would be convenient to notify users through the app itself in addition to Facebook and Google messaging.
This was attempted in 9fb3264 but for some reason broke the app upon launch.
