Config to turn off plural to singular

The conversion of terms to_single really only makes sense for English (and maybe some other language idk).

LIAAD/yake still does it, so we should keep it, but I think we should offer a config to turn it off.

Interesting. We could of course consider more config options for plural stuff in the future.

English is still by far one of the simplest languages to shift between plural and singular though (very few exceptions to the "+s" rule, but of course there are some, like "sheep" or "oxen").
