Crash on Colab When Switching Encoder to 'mobilenet_v2' for the Binary Segmentation Tutorial Example #1085

When running the binary segmentation intro tutorial on Goolge Colab, changing the encoder type to mobilenet_v2 and it will crash the environment during training. No exceptions are thrown, and the application logs do not show any errors.
