控制原则：控制人财事的监督权，任命权或者审批权。

  • 人：如何识别好的和不好的管理者？

决策原则：长短期平衡、全局利益优先。不能只考虑短期利益和局部利益，而是同时考虑长期和全局利益。

思考原则：同理心 切换视角 才能获得全面的视野。比如 客户 员工 合作伙伴 供应商 等等。
