Error establishing database connect #2

I have activated the plugin, created a postgresql database, and updated the wp-config to connect to the postgresql database but I get "Error establishing database connection".

What have I done wrong?

Edit: Yes I have verified that the DB name, username and password is all correct.

Are you able to access the database using your psql command?
