Dumping information GHC makes available at runtime to grafana?

@chessai I have not managed to actually write a full blog post on this matter, however I've managed to opensource GHC metrics that I'm using in the project I'm working on. It missesbits of grafana setup and dashboards but can be used as a starting point: https://github.com/qnikst/prometheus-haskell/tree/master/prometheus-metrics-ghc

Next step there is to add my dashboard.
