Expand SPP blanks handling to include katharoseq, other controls #137
Description
There are number of functions in the SPP (e.g., Workflow.update_blanks_in_qiita, Workflow._compare_samples_against_qiita, Assay._replace_tube_ids_w_sample_names, and all the sif-related functionality) that assume that the SPP need handle only one kind of control (negative control extraction blanks). However, katharoseq positive controls would require detection and sif handling. The SampleContext section of v101 and later metag sample sheets support multiple control types, but the SPP would require some modification to be able to make use of this info. What priority this enhancement has depends almost entirely on when/whether we want to implement katharoseq as a production protocol.
