What is the bug or the crash?

"PC register does not match crashing frame".

Steps to reproduce the issue

After starting Qgis, the program closes immediately as soon as you move the mouse over the maps, the report gives me the error "PC register does not match crashing frame (0x0 vs 0x7FF893B16A84)". It gives the same bug on Qgis previous version.
