Missing information about the actual available versions for macOS

Summary

In macOS section of the Download page:

• the link to "Long Term Version for Mac OS (3.34 LTR)" currently makes to download QGIS 3.40.4
• the link to "Latest Version for Mac OS (3.40)" currently makes to download QGIS 3.40.3

(side node: shouldn't it be "macOS" instead of "Mac OS"?)

We need a better mechanism to advertise the actual QGIS version for macOS that will be downloaded clicking on the buttons.
