I have problems with a QGIS project upload (https://plugins.qgis.org/geopackages/20/) because the GPKG file is automatically renamed inside the generated ZIP. As a result, QGIS cannot find the GPKG layers in the file. Why do you need to rename the original file?

I think a file with the original name already exists on the server and any new file with the same name will be renamed automatically. For now, I suggest choosing a new name on each upload and keeping this issue open for future enhancements. I'm sure there's a better way to handle this more efficiently.
