My name is Steven and I'm a member of the Technical Steering Committee for OpenQASM. Last year we released the spec for a new version of the OpenQASM language: version 3.0.

I noticed you currently own the "openqasm" name on PyPi. Would you be willing to transfer ownership of that name to the OpenQASM committee? We would like to use it for the official reference parser and AST we've developed.
