qb-smallresources Some items dont work

Hello,

I am attempting to use bandages, medkits, and drink water through qb-core with qb-inventory and some items such as water so in progress bar but dont show the water bottle and thirst bar doesn't go up.

Same with bandages when you attempt to use bandages it shows progress bar and heals you but no prop is shown my ped just moves his hands.

same with medkit when i click on medkit it says used but nothing happens..

everything is up to date and no errors in F8 or txadmin console.

Can someone please help?
