Window management buttons are missing

Bug Description
There are not any window controls in the top right

Steps to reproduce:

Kubuntu 24.04
Wayland session (have not checked Xorg session)
installed from xtradeb repo

IMPORTANT - open VIA GUI, not terminal

if czkawka_gui is ran in a terminal the buttons are present, if you run via Alt+F2 or use the app menu there are no buttons (varies depending the the terminal session instance somehow?)

Seeing as how this is acting very strange as to when it works or not, here is some screen capture

Note that setting QSG_RENDER_LOOP or KGLOBALACCELD_PLATFORM had no effect
