- Add new unittests-linux-cvcuda job that runs with CV-CUDA installed
- Set CVCUDA=1 environment variable in the new job
- Modify setup-env.sh to conditionally install cvcuda-cu12 when CVCUDA=1
- Existing jobs remain unchanged and run without CV-CUDA
