how to skip to download the model ???

I've already download the model wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2.onnx and everthing from the folder and when I execute the node start from the zero again! and want to download the file again!!!!!! causing the error!!!!!! how to skip or bypass the download or where to fix this ?!
everytime the download starts, around 45% it gets the error!!!!!

i had this issue its a time out error i don't know why they added a time limit on the download someone said to download the model you want i downloaded wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2 changed the name of model to the name of model you download example Model.onyx to wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2.onyx and you need the selected_tags.csv
and change the name to example wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2.csv and put that with the model
