Fixes python/pythondotorg#2232.

Some people are confused by the "universal2" description on pages such as https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3150a2/.

We used to have both an Intel-only and a universal2 installer, but have only had a single universal2 installer since May 2022: https://www.python.org/downloads/macos/

Rather than try and describe it, let's remove it from future releases. (We can leave old ones with it.)
