Reason for request

I have not used pypi in like 10 - 12 years, I don't have a 'verified' flag on my email account. In fact, I don't think account verification even existed when I made my first packages. I want to cleanup and free some package names for someone else to use, and start (again?) on a new package as a hobby.

Tried to self reset my password, and the auto-generated email sent me to this system to get things sorted and get my email verified. Once this is done, I want to reset my password and then cleanup, new packages, etc.

Pretty easy to verify my name, I'm fine if we need email or something else. pretty public username / handle I use in a lot of places.
