Add a way to get a fluid's TextColor

There is currently no way to do this with directly referencing the name component, and it's need for `BaseUtils.createFluidAmountBar` if the fluid type is not known.

Suggested approach: This should probably be language-file agnostic. Maybe the color could be defined in the config file rather than in the language entry?
