Fluid accumulator #494
Description
A fluid block which accumulates a certain amount of fluid before releasing it all at once. The amount of fluid would be configurable up to a certain amount.
Reasoning: Allows for better automation of stuff like the coal-fired purification tower. The tower burns coal until depletion regardless of hydraulic fluid (at least on my latest branch) so you might want to send in 1 coal's worth of hydraulic fluid.
Also it's just cool and might allow some more flexible and interesting fluid setups
