PyDCS Doesn't seem to have a client-flyable F-16 in the Countries enumeration #172

When I try to add all the currently available F-16 types to my mission, it says that they aren't flyable. I don't see any player-flyable F-16s defined. Am I just missing something? Same with the Mi-24p.

I'd be happy to add these units if they don't currently exist.

Correction, they don't seem to be listed in countries as units but are listed in dcs.planes and dcs.helicopters
