Include alternative urn:uuid:* identifiers #66

Since we generate a UUID for each object, we should probably expose that as an alternative identifier.

Wishlist; not crucial; not sure how to define another identifier in ActivityStreams.

This would probably be something like:

{
upstreamDuplicates: ["urn:uuid:..."]
}
