The Installer should suggest resources to add to PivotSubscriptions role.

Not exactly sure which resources this is referring to

e7dea7f added a "PivotSubscriptionsManager" resource. Installer can now suggest that this is given to users who would like to view all subscriptions on the Subscription Manager page
