I've installed tea-qt.62.02 from sources. But now there is no highlighting menu, regardless if highlighting is enabled in options or not.

Yes, it was disabled because now TEA chooses the highlighting mode internally only, you cannot override it via the menu. I don't remember what was the origin of that decision, but the hl submenu code was removed completely, so there was some important point in that.

Hello! I will answer in several messages :)
At the today's release 62.2.0 I added "Functions - Case - Inverse case" (similar to your Swapcase script, thank you for an idea).
All Markdown stuff - fixed.
"Code" - is not added, I'll think about it.
The resersing of the suggestions list - I've tested with English and Russian, and it seems to me that first and middle position words are more relevant, so I think it depended on something inside Hunspell and dictionaries.
And about the manual syntax hl selection - as I remember, such menu conflicts with other menu items (when assigning hotkeys), and also makes TEA starts slowly.
