Pages missing titles (sometimes) #95
Description
The title of pages sometimes appears as the URL and sometimes appears as "Capitol Words" - it alternates inconsistently. I'm seeing this in three browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and I'm having trouble isolating the issue, maybe someone else can replicate it and figure out the details.
