Hello,

I would suggest to add a note to the documentation.

When creating a new Grails 4 application, the following entry is also created in build.gradle:

dependencies {
developmentOnly("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-devtools")
…

/grailsw run-command pf-generate-all demo.car only works if this entry is commented out.
