See actual destination IP instead of PRIVATE NETWORK

Expected Behavior

As discussed in #11068, it would be great to see the actual IP addresses for out of cluster communication.

Current Behavior

Currently you only see "PRIVATE NETWORK" and no IP addresses.

Possible Solution

Show the IP :D

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Open the Whisker UI
2. Start a pod and talk to an RFC1918 IP address that is not part of the cluster
3. Observe the flow in whisker. The destination only shows "PRIVATE NETWORK"

Context

Would be handy for debugging or writing better rules.

Notably, a single flow can target multiple IPs due to aggregation, so we'd want this to be an array most likely

First of all, I would like to thank the Tigera team for their tremendous work, and especially for the excitement they bring to the future with Whisker as a network observability tool.

Do you know if there is a specific Calico configuration option to display at least known IPs? For example, if I know a set of specific internal IPs, even if they are outside the cluster, that I can recognize either by name or by exact IP address?
