set_mmcif_category overload for table

Thank you very much for the time taken in developing the parser and especially the python bindings.

I have a feature request for set_mmcif_category to take a table. Looping and modifying a list of dicts is easier to work with sometimes. The current functionality is also very useful (dict of lists).
