Bug: Unable to build the UI

**Describe the issue**

Tried to build the ui with npm and yarn both having issues with peer dependencies @chakra-ui/system@>=1.0.0 and  @testing-library/dom@>=7.21.4.

**Expected behavior**

Dependencies to install and be able to build the ui as before.

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Following the ui building guide stated in this repo.
