Make pre-release builds available for testing

It'd be great if nightly pre-release builds of p5.js where made available for public testing.

(If there already is a way to do so without building from source, please lmk!)

This could help released versions of p5.js be more stable and/or reduce the amount of time that a bug is present in released versions, since issues could be identified earlier.
