All game overlay screens are not at correct depth. Screens like the game start screen are split so far apart that (a portion) of the screen can be read only if one eye is closed. On my setup, the last official DD2 release consistently crashes during RE Framework initialization when starting the game, so I migrated to the latest nightly build of DD2 (revision f2254d2). With this nightly build release, VR is stable (the background scene looks great), but the overlay screens do not converge and move when my Aero moves. OpenVR had a little better overlay screen convergence than OpenXR mode, but the screen overlays are not useable in either mode.

I could not find any applicable solution in VR Troubleshooting, Discussions, or open/closed issues.

System info:
Windows 11 Pro (23H2)/4090/i9-13900K/64GB/multiple SSDs/Varjo Aero/VR Wire2 (nominal screen resolution used is 4504x3860)

This issue (previously reported) was marked closed without being resolved. Disabling "Allow Engine Overlays" does not fix problem.

I'm also getting this same issue, looks almost like SBS but only in the headset and not on my monitor. Runs nice and smooth otherwise. Had a fool around with many of the settings but can't seem to get anything to make a difference. This was with Kunitsu-gami. Even tried in OpenXR to see if it made a difference, performance was better but the issue persisted

Just tried v1.5.8 release (thanks for the ongoing support!). Unfortunately, this release has the same issue on my system, where the start screen and subsequent video cutscenes are not at a constant fixed depth, but split/offset in each eye, with each eye's view shifting as I move my head/Aero (this behavior makes playing the game in VR impossible). The background scenes look great.

Note that this SAME version release, using the same installation process, works perfectly with Kunitsu-Gami. All start/menu screens are in the correct location, and game play looks great!
