Find a way to break this apart into realistic chunks

The goal of this resource page isn't to ask the reader to consume the entirety of the docs in one go. It's to have them go through the parts that will give them a clear understanding of the concepts and big picture. Then it's also important to review certain sections when various events take place (ex: team is considering optimum architecture for their specific situation, team is trying to drive wider adoption, etc). For each scenario, we want to give the helpful questions to consider and also give them the relevant parts of the docs to review so they can answer them.
