Focus on Capabilities, Not Maturity #130
Description
It has only hit me recently but the word "maturity" feels a bit odd when we are focusing on Dora Capabilities. There is a section of Accelerate that is titled "Focus on Capabilities, Not Maturity" and it suggests Capabilities as a replacement for Maturity. I still understand what is meant by maturity in the scope of the Open Practices Repo, but maybe we can find a different word that also respects the idea of constant improvement over arriving at a destination of being a "mature" organization.
