Enter key to open the folder only when it's not on edit mode

How can I make the enter key open a folder only when it's not on edit mode?

I tried the rules here https://ke-complex-modifications.pqrs.org/?q=Use%20Return%20as%20Open%20if%20not%20renaming%20file

like "Use Return as Open if not renaming file"

But when I rename a file and press Enter, they enter the file, how should i fix the rule?
