Checkout if we can improve the slow grounding on large instances if we rename constraint_value(C,"name_of_constraint",...) to
name_of_constraint(I,...) to improve internal indexing.

Additional, non used constraints do have an influence on grounding. On bnn_planner with 16s pure grounding time, vs 14s pure grounding on a 28MB instance file. The influence is not too big though.
