It would be cool to have a smiliar feature like black has to disable/enable or skip reformatting.

Black reformats entire files in place. It doesn’t reformat lines that end with # fmt: skip or blocks that start with # fmt: off and end with # fmt: on.

Nice idea! Maybe you have a look at PR #86 where I tried to implement the feature.
