Support PGLite for local dev / testing

Just putting the idea out here. I'm curious how much work it would be to have an adapter that sits between PGLite and postgres.

There is also https://github.com/supabase-community/pg-gateway. But this requires a server to be ran, while technically postgres could interact directly with PGLite.
