Add recombination map for SusScr (pig)

PR #1672 is adding SusScr species parameters (#1312) and is taking recombination rate from a good study in https://doi.org/10.1186/s12711-021-00643-0, which reports recombination rate per Mbp for autosomes. It would be good to add this recombination map to stdpoposim.

@andrewkern I believe we (@AprilYUZhang and me) should work with you on this, correct?

@AprilYUZhang have a look at the instructions at https://popsim-consortium.github.io/stdpopsim-docs/stable/development.html#adding-a-genetic-map and I am happy to support, but @andrewkern will ultimately upload files.

yeah, once you have the map in the correct format and the SHA hashkey in place I will upload to AWS

@andrewkern, @AprilYUZhang is working on this. We will be in touch. We are not in a rush so don't hold release just because of this issue! It would be neat to have this in though;)
