Have an option for matching folder color to the chosen accent color

It's great that we can choose an accent color and even create a custom accent color for the desktop environment, but it's a bit of a clash at times to have the standard blue folders not match whatever accent color was chosen. It would make for a more harmonious and aesthetically pleasing interface to have the folders match that chosen accent color.
