The tools no longer break the spawners when they lose durability.
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set the tool for breaking spawners to anything that loses durability
- Mine a spawner just to test it works
- Get the tool to lose durability
- It doesn't break the spawner
