Refunds for Removed Features?

Should the license include terms that allow the customer to terminate and get a refund of prepaid fees if the vendor removes functionality they rely on?

It's nice for fairness but I am not sure it will have much practical application. Plus, refunds cause rev rec issues for the vendor.
